Digital Products

All products sold on Ramesto are digital licenses and related services, delivered electronically by email after order verification.

Once a license key, activation code, or access information has been delivered, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The license was not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe

  • The license provided is invalid or non-functional and we are unable to replace it

  • The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our side

In these cases, customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The license has already been delivered and activated

  • Incompatibility due to the customer’s system requirements (e.g., unsupported operating system)

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the software

  • Failure to follow installation or activation instructions

  • Issues caused by third-party software or system modifications

Replacement Policy

When applicable, we may offer a replacement license instead of a refund. Replacements are provided at no additional cost and are processed after verification.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unresolved disputes opened without prior communication may result in account review and service suspension.
